INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Meadow & Marrow Bone Broth Concentrate - Natural or Lemon & Herb
  • 1 tbsp grass fed organic butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and carefully blend for 20 seconds
  2. ENJOY
